Probate and Succession

The Firm also handles the succession processes in court procuring the relevant grants of probate and letters of administration so as to enable the deceased’s dependants obtain rights over the deceased’s property. This involves advising the dependants on the relevant petitions to be filed, drafting them, filing them at the Family Division of the respective High Court and following up to ensure that they are confirmed. The Firm also offers advisory on the distribution of the assets of the deceased’s estate after the confirmation of the grants.
