- Representing a Client in setting aside application and challenging an enforcement of an arbitral award of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) for approximately EUR 694,133.48.
- Currently involved in a suit which involved the development of the proposed 35MW Biomass Power Plant in Homa Bay County. The Plaintiff’s claim is for breach of contract and fraud and prays for a sum of USD 132,300,000/= among other reliefs.
- Involved in a suit involving the officials of a Residents Association who allege unlawful commencement of construction of “high-density” development of 71 single family residential units in Redhill area of Tigoni in Kiambu in breach of rights to a clean and healthy environment.
- Represented a client for the award of the tender for the construction of the new pipeline from Mombasa to Nairobi worth Kshs 60 billion.
